4) Construction delivery

Works are executed under supervision with coordinated trades. Quality control is maintained throughout the build.

5) Compliance verification

Required checks and documentation are integrated progressively, reducing the risk of late rework and delays.

6) Completion & handover

Final review against scope and compliance requirements, then controlled handover.
